Game Day FAQ'S

Know Before You Go

• Do you take reservations?
  • Hatback is first-come, first-served for seating in the Restaurant and Steelheads Alley. We do not take reservations on game days, however we do book private events in the SkyBox and Dugout for large groups.
• Do you allow kids? 
  • Yes! We are an all-ages property including Hatback Bar & Grille, Steelheads Alley, Victory Hall and the Beer Garden.
• Do you allow dogs? 
  • Yes! This season dogs are allowed in the outdoor beer garden area for Bark at the Park games. Unfortunately we cannot allow pets inside due to Washington State Department of Health regulations. See local laws for more information regarding pets.
• What time does the beer garden open?
  • The Yard & Victory Hall open 3 hours prior to the first pitch of all Mariners games unless otherwise noted. Victory Hall and The Yard are also all-ages and suitable for children.
• Can I use my Season Ticket Member Discount on game days?
  • Yes! Mariners Season Ticket Members may show their membership card to receive 15% off their bill inside Hatback or Steelheads Alley. *Offer not valid at the food trucks
• Where can I park?
  • Click Here for parking options near the Boxyard and T-Mobile Park. Our parking lot is controlled by U-PARK SYSTEMS and we are unable to make any accommodations on parking.

Visit During Away Games

• Do you take reservations?
  • Yes! We gladly accept reservations on non-event days. Click here to make a reservation.
• Do you allow kids?
  • Yes! We welcome fans of all ages.
• I'm interested in another game, will you put that on the TV?
  • With 20+ TV's and most major sports packages we are able to accommodate most requests. While we prioritize home teams, just ask our friendly staff and we'll do our best to get your game on a tv.
• Can I use my Season Ticket Member Discount for 15% off?
  • Yes! Season Ticket Members may show their membership card to recieve 15% off their bill during their visit.
• Where can I park?
  • On non-event days we have paid parking in the back lot.
